Shaswato Dey is a partner at IndoGenic, its Chief Operating Officer and the Director of our India Operations. He is responsible for overall resource management, project management and quality control.
Dey has 6 years of experience in online and offline micro-entreprenuering, and had been involved with an US-based real estate startup as well as a publishing startup before forming his own business consultancy company. In the last two years, he has:
- managed 3 separate projects for a Hollywood producer
- worked with 6 US lawyers in such diverse areas like real estate, federal anti-trust law, mortgage and foreclosure, tort etc (and worked in the famous and controversial Dragon Armor case for the Pinnacle Armor Co.)
- managed a large document designing project for USEPA(United States Environmental Protection Agency) in conjunction with LAC( Library Associates Companies), our US partner company
- developed researched content for a US defense consultant working with DoD or the US Department of Defense
- managed resources and created quality control measures, completing a large project of creating about 5000 technical articles for a large software company
- carried out localization work for third party clients including Microsoft and Asia Online
